New direct flight from San Jose to Chicago

United Airlines offers daily flights from San José (Costa Rica) to Los Angeles, via Guatemala, and direct, non-stop, to the American capital, as well as now, with a new frequency to the city of Chicago, the most important in the center of the United States. For the first time there will be a route between this important business center and the Juan Santamaría International Airport.

The direct, non-stop flight to the Chicago O' Hare International Airport in Illinois will be offered Saturdays on a Boeing 757 with capacity for 182 passengers. The Chicago O' Hare Airport is the second largest airport in the world, in terms of passengers’ traffic.

“We consider the center of the United States, Chicago especially, to represent a strategic point for many holiday travelers who are looking for the tourist offer supplied by Costa Rica”, expressed Fred Thome, General Manager of the airline in the country.
